Unreliable, bad and ***********

Bad and unreliable Service from from DSV. I was expecting a parcel couriered by DSV, they were supposed to put my parcel into the DSV locker. I got an SMS on the 29th December 2023 that my parcel had been delivered but I was not given the pin. I went to the pick up location Upon arrival to collect my parcel, I called to enquire and request for the pin, I was told by one of the consultants that my parcel was hand delivered and there is POD which I had signed for. I explained to them that I had not received it and the signature on the POD is not mine. Since 29th December 2023 my query has not been resolved. I was told last week 5th January that my parcel is in the locker and the system is offline they can't open the locker. Everyday I'm been told that they struggling to open the locker.
