Unreliable and Slow

This was the FIRST and LAST time I will EVER use DSV again, From being promised by numerous agents that my parcel would arrive today Friday to one agent telling me it will arrive only the following week because its in Durban now and the truck will only do deliveries next week, then when I got upset as its a birthday present and I needed it today he puts the phone down in my ear. Phone back and another agent puts the phone down RIDICULOUS I have never has such unreliable service before.
