Unrealistic ETA's, cold and uncooperative assistance from customer service
Unrealistic ETA's, cold and uncooperative assistance from customer service. My parcel took a week to arrive to jhb from cpt, where waybill states 1-3 days. Worst experience with DSV that I've ever had.
