Unprofessional service from Simphiwe, dsv driver in Northriding area

Stinking services by a particular driver called simphiwe in Northriding area. Driver did not deliver my parcel nor make contact with me and went back with my parcel. To top it off when I called them they told me that my order is now on hold

I spoke to a Stephanie yesterday from the courier company and she said that they will investigate on the matter and give me a feedback of which I still haven't got. It's now been 24hours.
My customer number on the order that I was expecting from mtn is ***. I still haven't received my parcel whatsoever.
