Unprofessional, lying drivers

Their drivers are Rude, unprofessional and they are not trustworthy yesterday on 10 March i was expecting a parcel from the depo in Kimberly , the whole day i never received a call nor sms regarding my delivery later after 17:00 i received a please call me when i called back it was a delivery guy from DSV informing me that he will deliver my parcel the following because i called him late , i asked him why he did not call me he rep**** saying im not the only client around this place he already passed my location and he called me i did not answer which i told him it's a lie he then told me that i can call the manager if i have a problem
