Unprofessional delivery guys

My parcel (waybill number SUBBD ********** 3) was delivered this morning. The delivery guys were not very professional and I’m not happy with how they handled my delivery. They first demanded that I come out of my flat and get the boxes myself. Even telling me that this was my parcel who’s supposed to carry it? I asked them to buzz my flat and I would let them in so they could bring in the boxes and that I wouldn’t be able to carry the boxes because I’m pregnant. They did it but still with an attitude. The guy who was carrying the box with the car seat base dumped the box on the floor like a sack of potatoes. I’ve told them I’m not happy with how they handled the delivery and that I would be reporting it. This was my first delivery from DSV and I’m not very impressed with the lack of professionalism from your delivery guys. I hope this will be dealt with for the sake of future customers.
