Unprofessional and possibly ******** delivery driver for my Unisa package

Today at around12:52 I received a call from *** informing me that they have my package. I live in an Estate and the delivery person wanted me to drive to the gate for collection. I informed him that he should rather enter and estate and I immediately sent him an entry code. A few minutes later he called to say he is outside and when I looked there was no one outside my house. I therefore called him back and he said he is at he gate and cannot enter because he does not have a drivers license on him. I then informed him that he will have to wait a bit for me to come out the estate to meet him since well I was busy but I will come out as he requested. Around 5 minutes later I called to confirm that I am now coming out and he acknowledged it. For context our estate has two gates, one near my house(1,5km) and the "bottom one" around 4km away. The delivery guy was at the bottom gate as I confirmed before driving out. When I arrived at the bottom gate he was not here, I then called and he informed me that he was now in the estate driving towards my house. This immediately infuriated me because he did not inform me that he now found a way to enter "now suddenly has a licence on him, I guess". So we eventually met up in the middle of the road inside the estate. I noticed that he looked a bit intoxicated but he was wearing sunglasses so I could not be sure. As soon as he approached me I asked him to apologise for not letting me know that he had now entered the estate while I was driving towards him. He refused to apologise and started to argue with me, so I refused to sign and take the package from him due to his conduct. I then drove off towards my house.

I thought that was the end of it and someone else will then be dispatched to delivery but unfortunately I was wrong. At 17:55 I received an anonymous call and the man on the other side began to swear at me and throwing around threats. I kept it cool until he got tired and hung up. I immediately suspected the driver because there were similarities in voice and I never receive call like that, not until this incident. Again at19:44 I received another anonymous call-out this time I knew it would be similar to the 17:55 call and it did not disappoint, the man continued on the same path of threats and insults.
