Unprofessional and Pathetic
On Thursday i called to request when delivery will be made. They said the package is in the "vault'. On Saturday i called they told me it was scanned in.
I called Monday at 08h30am and they told me the parcel will be delivered today. At 11h30am the same day i called and they told me they have not received the parcel and it's not on their system.
What a bunch of amateurs, cannot believe these people are still in business.
