Unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid DSV at all cost!!
My parcel was collect on 27/11. It was supposed to be delivered to an address less than 40Km from the collection point. It's been 16 days and now it seems that the parcel is missing. The only way that it could go missing is if one (or more) of their employees deceided to take ownership of the item. None of the clueless DSV staff members have been able to give me anwsers. They promise to get back to me and never do. When I try to get hold of anyone there, they are either not in the office or have already gone home, this is after you have been put on hold for what seems like hours. The parcel that has been lost/****** is a collectors item that can not easily be replaced. I'm supprised that such an unprofessional dishonest company can still be in business. I would not make use of them in future and would certainly advise anyone else to do the same. There is a better chance that your parcel reaches it's destination by sending it at the post office than entusting it to DSV.
I sent them all the relevant info and correspondence regarding the missing/****** item.
It's been three days since, and true to DSV's disappointing form I have not received any answers from them.
They think that I am just another dissatisfied customer that they can sweep together with the ever growin larger pile under the rug, however they are sadly mistaken.
I will continue to tell everyone to avoid this sorry excuse of a courier company until this matter has been resolved. DSV has surely not heard the last of me.
