Unprofessional and condescending customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would. Your management team even takes advantage of an old lady who has been waiting close to two weeks for a phone that she will be paying for soon. I will be emailing mtn directly, I can’t believe they trusted this joke of a company with their deliveries. Every day is excuses. Their staff is rude. I will be seeking legal advise soon.
