Now that I have received my parcel, I can confirm that it has taken EXACTLY ONE WHOLE MONTH for it to be delivered!!! What a bunch of amateurs! Over the past month I have been given a number of excuses for the delay, including "the rain", "the parcel is too large for the locker (a lie)", "we are busy over this time of the year", "the parcel has been delivered and signed for (another lie)". The MAKRO box clains to be proud about the locker delivery. I WOULD BE ASHAMED!
