Unless

My order from MTN was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the 24th Jan. When the driver arrived he requested a proof of residence which I didn’t have since I was not told about it. I asked him to give me time to fetch it whilst he is he still busy with other deliveries. He refused and said that he will come back on the 26th for the delivery. Today he didn’t come instead he logged my delivery as unreachable on the 25th. Calling dsv they tell me nonsense that I will get the device on the 6th of Feb. What kind of service are you giving us??? This company is just useless and unreliable. Rather I cancel the order coz what’s the point of waiting for 3 weeks as if it’s been shipped from outside the country
