Unisa textbooks

I am a Unisa student, I have assignments due first one this weekend, I called yesterday and lovely lady said it hasn't been sent out yet. But I must call today and ask, firstly I was told it was being delivered to some random place I am sure is in the free state. Then eventually she finds out where I live and she says that she cannot tell me where the textbooks are, So I ask to speak to a manager, he asks her to please get my details as he is on another call. She states the customer \won't understand". Sorry no I don't understand I have assignments due for this week and no Textbook"
