UNISA must STOP using this TERRIBLE company

<p>What a terrible company, hasNo appreciation of the term ‘service’. Twice UTI has had to deliver my study material and it has turned into a mission. UTi claims to deliver all over South Africa, yet their drivers only want to deliver to places convenient to them. The first time was three weeks ago, the driver called me and told me he was going to leave my study material at a random library an hour away, and had to fight him over the phone and call the call centre, as that was unacceptable. Now for my second parcel which is already four days late, I call and they say the driver turned back as there was no one at the address, what a blatant lie. There is always security personnel present, they even claimed to have called me first. This level of unprofessionalism and extremely poor service is the reason why UNISA must outsource the delivering of study material to another company. Because this is unacceptable. </p>
