Unfair treatment,rude consultant

I have been waiting for a call to arrange delivery since last week Friday no one called me even after I complained about their service just a min ago I called again a lady by the name Fiona answered and still told me they can deliver the phone today they can only deliver tomorrow in a process of arranging delivery I told her I don't have enough airtime and I will provide the same document I said I will provide the last time she was so rude and no helpful I don't know if you guys don't want to deliver this phone or what am starting to believe you just don't want to give me this phone cz I ask to pick it up it was a problem you didn't allow I was supposed to travel Friday I had to postpone my trip for this now again this week same issue I won't lie this is disappointing and selfish .
