Undelivered study material!
I'm so glad that UNISA is ending their contract with you guys soon because you really don't want to do your work anymore. Your delivery guys came at my place on the 24th of March to deliver my study material but they ended up telling me that they don't have it with them and I'll get it the same day.
It's the 13th of April today and I still haven't received my study material. I sent an email days ago yet you don't even bother to respond. It's bad enough that I never got my 2020 second semester study material, your service is really band I hope people gravitate to more deserving courier companies.
