UNDELIVERED PARCEL
A parcel sent from our ministry for delivery - as per their own terms and conditions - has been undelivered since 21 /12 /23. Nor does DSV service center or their personal have the decency to respond on numerous follow up emails. The most unprofessional freight service in SA. They do not care about service delivery. The only way to have them deliver a parcel would be to report them to the Ombudsman.
