Undelivered package

I have a bank card to receive from dsv road that i was promised that it would be delivered to my residence on 2022-04-29 between 10:00 & 13:00 and it has not been delivered until now. I phoned their office around 14:00 and the consultant said he was contacting the driver. An hour later i got a notification that the driver is on his way to my residence but until now he has not delivered my card. I am stuck with unpaid bills since my card is not activated and my salary is just sitting in my account and cannot access it. This is the worst experience ever and lies at the same time. I hope their contract with nedbank gets reviewed because seriously it paints a bad image
