Unacceptable service and unreliable

UTi sun couriers is absolutely shocking! After speaking to someone a week ago about directions for delivery, I have just phoned them again to find out where my parcel is (A WEEK LATER) and they had to ask for the directions again. The parcel is still at the depot and they cannot tell me when it will be sent out for delivery. This is absolutely shocking! I needed the parcel days ago and now they still asking me for directions (again!) and who knows when they will deliver it!<br> <br> You cannot rely on these people to deliver your parcel at all. I have never experienced such bad service from a company before and I use couriers alot.<br> <br> Never again.
