Unacceptable service
I have sent a parcel on 30 March 2022. Up till today 6 April 2022 the parcel has not been delivered. When I query this I keep getting the same answer. They will find out why the parcel was returned and give feedback. Today is the 3rd day that I am getting the same reply. I have phoned in and given alternative contact numbers and still nothing. I have spend money on this company and I am not getting the service
