Unacceptable Service

Do not use them!! Nightmare experience. My package was collected on Wednesday the 11th and delivery was scheduled for Friday the `13th between 7am and 9am. I contacted DSV after my package was not delivered. Apparently someone had phoned me on Thursday and I had told them I couldn't do the delivery on the Friday which is a lie. The next closest delivery they could schedule was for today Wednesday the 18th of January at 7am. I phoned to find out where they were at 9am and was told they were delayed in town but would get to me today. I have now been told that my package will be delivered on the 19th January I do not trust this company to keep to their promises and neither should anybody else.
