unacceptable service

a parcel should have been delivered on 14 April has yet not arrived. when i call the call center for the past two weeks keep telling me they will get back to me within an hour. and who gets back to me? no one now they tell me they cant get hold off the driver that was suppose to deliver it on the 14 of April. they should have called him on the first day that i had a query about this delivery. after this long time now they say the parcel is being investigated.
