Unacceptable
A agent called me confirming a delivery date. Today I got a call saying they don’t deliver on that day of the week. They should listen to the recording where the guy said they only deliver a Thursday and Friday in my area. That’s not my problem my problem is I’m waiting on my bank card. So I must help them with their problem and forget mine. Totally unacceptable . I travel for work and can’t say where I’ll always be.
