Unable to tell me if package has been delivered
I'm trying to find out if a parcel was delivered as I am unable to get hold of the receiver and since Thursday no one can tell me. This query has been escalated yet no one can tell me. It's a simple yes or no. If not why has it not been attempted to deliver again. If it has why has the system not been updated. So frustrating. And the only time you get help is if you go to hello peter. Please advise PAKBD***9
