Tracking parcel dilemma

To say I am annoyed would really be an understatement. I have been tracking my study material on the dsv website and delivery was meant to be on the 4th of July 2023 it's the 6th today. Yesterday I called into DSV and I was assisted by a gentlemen called karabo. He said the driver is still out delivering and he might still come to me,That was around 4 o clock. This morning I spoke to a consultant named Nosipho and she's saying my order is still at the warehouse and delivery would still not be today. I don't understand why you even have tracking services because when I check my order has been "out for delivery" since yesterday but I get conflicting information. I have been sitting in the house for the passed two days waiting because obviously there needs to be someone to receive the package. Can this issue be resolved ASAP. I'm disappointed to say the least in the run around I am being given
