Tracking my parcell

<p>Called the switchboard, trying to locate where my parcel is and I was informed they are currently off line, spoke to Lerato Nahlalela requesting the companies assistance to find out if my parcel has been dispatched or if it is still at their premisses and she gave me million excusses why she was unable to assist, surely they do keep a written record of all goods being dispatched for the day!! She could have taken down my details made the effort to go to dispatched find out if my parcel was send off or not I guess to much of an effort</p>
