This is the second time horrible service!

My package hasn't arrived to me since I ordered last week Friday, and when I call they just ask me the address over and over and my name and number, and they don't deliver, I'm fed up as this is not the first time this has happened, I once ordered and they didn't deliver until I had the company reviewed, I don't know what's going on here but clearly these are not being taken seriously, the delivery keeps saying it failed up until the 28th and now there are no more updates!
