THIS COURIER COMPANY IS NOT RECOMMENDED
This courier company is really hurting my online business. They are clearly under staffed as parcels are going out for 3-4 days and returning to the branch because the 'driver ran out of time'. Another of my parcels lay around the branch for 6 days without being delivered. They only reacted when I logged a query. Then they 'lost' another parcel......it never ends.
My clients blame me for their parcels not being delivered, not the courier company. Time to change courier companies.
