they sent my parcel to Cape Town when I am in JHB!
You would have to be extremely stupid to use this service, not only can't they deliver a package within JHB they will send it to cape town and only if you email, which they take an entirety to respond to mind you with zero useful information. But they will do nothing to speed up their poor service at all they rather just keep doing nothing. I have waited two weeks now to get my parcel which was from Alberton to Roodepoort... but no nothing! I have spoken to four venders that USED to this service now and they agreed that DSV is junk and will be switching to different companies. Let's just let this one die and never use it ever.

09 Jan 2024, 14:08STILL NOTHING AT ALL, someone called and that was it! my package is still not being delivered! why is this so hard! you can send it to cape town but not to the address on the package! This is beyond poor service this flat out crime!
