They probably don't know how to use the GPS

These guys had my package from the 22nd and it only reached me on the 26th November. I called multiple times and was told my address was not picking up, I gave them my address and confirmed all details to no avail. I called on the 26th to follow up and was told delivery failed and was transferred to another branch and the branch connected me to the driver. Driver said he couldn't find the area at all. I confirmed a friend's address in the same area and suddenly the area was on the map. I'm shocked really. Every other company has been able to find our address and reached us with no issues, but these guys.
