There was a technical problem with the locker allocated to me. Phoned help line. Spoke to Jermaine Meyers. He agreed to call me back when I returned to the locker - which he did. He promptly sorted the problem so I could retrieve my parcel. Problems do arise but what counts is how they are dealt with. Well done Jermaine and thank you.
