The worst serviced received EVER!!!!!!!

I have received my invoice for a parcel on the 13th of June 2019 and up on today the 20th June 2019, still no parcel was delivered. You need to follow-up on where your parcel is, and then confirmation given that the parcel will be delivered today, and then later the afternoon the driver informs you that your parcel will only be delivered tomorrow. When you phone the call center, another story is given.

I can not believe that the service we receive.
