THE WORST SERVICE

the worst experience with a courier company, was suppose to get my parcel on the 24th, i called them and they told me THEIR DRIVERS ARE SICK so they dont have enough drivers, how do you tell a client that??? i asked if they dont have casual drivers for such events, they said no i need to understand it IS december... i said its okay they can deliver on the 29th.... i called today to find out about my delivery. My parcel was scanned in the warehouse and delivery cancelled, i did not receive any call from them, if i hadnt called, i wouldnt have known. CALLED THEM NOW AGAIN, THEY SAID MY PEARCEL IS STILL NOT OUT!!!! i told them to keep the parcel because they are giving me the run arounds.
