The worst experience I've had with a delivery company!! I was informed twice that my parcel was out for delivery, first on a Friday and then again the following week on a Wednesday and my parcel just never arrived on either of the 2 days
The worst experience I've had with a delivery company!! I was informed twice that my parcel was out for delivery, first on a Friday and then again the following week on a Wednesday and my parcel just never arrived on either of the 2 days. It then got delivered a day late from the second time I was informed its out for delivery and the customer care was of no help at all. They just kept saying I can see it says out for delivery. I will surely never make use of DSV again!!
