The worst experience ever.

I tried to put 1 star I dont know why it wouldnt let me infacr if I could I would put zero stars, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. Its been weeks and eveyday I keep getting told we were not successful. Calls are put on hold for long, communication is severely lacking and their system makes it so difficult to find someone who can actually help you to speak to. I dont understand how this helps me in any way because at the end of the day I paid for a service and they have not delivered. I have had terrible experiences with aramex but DSV takes the cup as the worst experience with a delivery company I have ever had. Honestly I would not recommend them save yourself the stress

A person contacted to today only tell me the same thing, that they have escalated the issue to someone who can help me, qhy is the person who can help me not the one contacting me, how does calling me to basically say I cant help you but I just thought I should give u a call to let you know that??? The moment i received that call my status miraculous changed to "on delivery" and the when I checked again what do you know, its changed back to delivery unsuccessful. Now someone did call me before so I know you people have my number and yet I have not received a call telling me my order is being delivered today, tomorrow,next year or in the next decade but nooooooo! You send people to call me so that you can appease me and stop me from writing reviews. I dont want to receive apologetic calls or emails I just want to get a call letting me know that my order is being delivered today or better yet tell me where it is and I'll collect it myself!!!!
