THE WORST COURIER IN SA!!!!

DSV is by far the worst courier company in South Africa. It’s very sad looking at their website of all their accomplishments & billions of rand investments in to South Africa, yet they cannot even deliver a parcel to a customer on time.

When you call in to the DSV call centre to ask why the parcel wasn’t delivered, they say the delivery has been cancelled & they tell you to call MTN. When you call MTN, everything is in order on their side, & they tell you it’s out for delivery & you should speak to DSV. A manger at MTN confirmed that this happens regularly & they are constantly battling with delivery delays from DSV.

A SECOND DAY OF FOLLOW UP CALLS TO DSV. Now, the parcel is apparently being shipped up to JHB when I live in KZN. When you ask what to do from here, the call centre agents are unable to give any solid advice or reasoning because they too themselves don’t actually know what the heck is going on.

So as we sit, no parcel, no answers, no way forward.

Great job, DSV 👍🏻 put up another article about how much you’re doing for the country and continue to ignore the fact that there are over 2000+ one star ratings from customers just like me.
