The worst courier company!!
Im beyond disgusted with this logistic company! It deserves 0 stars. Ive been waiting on my order since 30th December 2024 whem it was supposed to be delivered on that day. Their online tracking system has no updates further than "to be delivered bu 5pm on 30 december 2024". Called them and was told its with a 3rd party for delivery latest 2 January 2025. Today is the 3rd of Jan and still nothing. No updates! No escalations! Nothing!! Dsv should not be in business you guys are pathetic!!

07 Jan 2025, 09:56After two ladies called me yesterday morning, promising to me back after an hour to investigate about my parcel. None of them called me bacl, instead what happened was, you guys updated your tracking system to: "confrimed delivery" while on a call with one of you ladies. Yet im still waiting on my parcel. Today is the 7th of Jan no parcel received! Your service is appalling and i will continue to write my negative experience about this company until I receive my parcel!!
