The week of 2-6 June 2025 we had several shipments to various locations. Shipment 1 was ready for collection on 3 June but only collected 9 June 2025. Shipment 2 collected on 5 June 2025 with a sunrise option for the following day 6 June due to the importance of the content. Shipment was never delivered. One of our employees had to drive to the Kempton Park Distribution Centre on 7 June and waited 3 hours before finally receiving the shipment as it was misplaced in the warehouse and the contact person was difficult to locate as well via telephone. Making matters worse is that no proper feedback is communicated for the reason for failed collections and failed deliveries. You are only informed that the shipment was collected or delivered. HP133
