The service I received from DSV was pathetic to say the least

The service I received from DSV was pathetic to say the least. Despite several e-mail from DSV and several telephonic interactions between myself and DSv personnel it took three (3) days for my critical medication to be delivered. I was **** to by the staff of DSV on more that one occasion. I even received e-mails where they **** to me. I have instructed my service provider to never send my medication with DSV again. It was a traumatic experience for my wife who had to go two days without medication. She is a type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure. I informed the staff of DSV that in the event that anything were to happen to my wife due to her not receiving her medication I would institute a claim against DSV due to all the lies and false promises given to me.
