The parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 11th of November. When I didn't receive or hear anything from the courier by the 14th, I sent my complaint via the social media page. A lady by the name of Thando called. She apologized for the inconvenience and promised to follow up. She did and kept me updated on the progress. She was very helpful in ensuring that my parcel was eventually delivered, as promised. Well done to Thando who made sure that both parcels are delivered in one trip. The driver was also exceptionally helpful and patient with the biometric machine. Thanks again Thando, great work!
