The order did not arrive on estimated time
The order did not arrive on estimated time. This inconvenienced me as I had places to go. I wish they gave me the they will deliver so that I knew what time to leave and come back. The customer service email took way too long to reply and customer service line was busy 80percent of the time and I had no airtime. I don't mind my parcel being delayed but atlewst call/ email me what the delayed time will be.
