The most worst and poor service from DSV road

The most worst experience I've ever received, their service is altery poor with not even a try to fix the situation but instead you get ignored. I ordered a home router from MTN and they organized my delivery to be on the 26 of April 2024 but I haven't received my parcel from DSV till today which is the 4th of MAY 2024. I have been calling the DSV customer service but those people will not tell me what is the problem with the delay, they only say they will organize another delivery date for me an when that date comes it's the same story I don't receive my parcel. The other worst thing they don't call to explain to me what went wrong with my delivery I will personally call them and ask about my parcel and then their solution is to organize another delivery date which they also don't deliver.so calling the customer service people is just altery useless as the only thing they will say is " we are sorry for the inconvenience the fault is on their side and they will organize another delivery date" which they don't even deliver. That time I have compromised my work time to collect this parcel which I end up being disappointed and I don't get it. If I do not do a follow up on them to check my delivery they don't bother to make contact. When I track my parcel using the DSV link the status will still be the same written appointment date. This DSV company is the worst in doing their job l, I am even wondering why does MTN still continue using it for delivery because their service is altery poor and bad. I even sent an email to MTN to complain about this poor service I am receiving from DSV.
