The most arrogant and Useless Logistics company.
They have been promising to deliver the parcel more than 3 times, every time they ask for delivery times and i give them and they decide to come 3/4 hours outside of the agreed time.
This is a subscription and effectively I am paying for a subscription that is sitting with them, I even offered to fetch my parcel and they are saying No, waht stops them from delivering literally at the Gate steps.
