Thanks Bianca

I contacted UTI at 11:50 this morning to track my UNISA study material. I was transferred to Bianca who advised that delivery should take place this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I advised her on the urgency of receiving the package as I have an assignment due on Monday. She took my details and promised to contact me. <br> <br> Bianca contacted me 10 minutes later to confirm that delivery will take place today and also advised on vehicle colour and make which would be making the delivery. At 12:50 I was contacted by the driver who advised that she was outside my place with the package. <br> <br> Unfortunately, I did not get the driver's name, but a big thank you to her and Bianca for their assistance.
