TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
This is probably the worst courier company to ever exist. If I could rate zero, I would. My parcel was returned twice to MTN without me receiving any communication. I really needed the phone and I was desperate, and it's been almost 3 weeks now. They keep telling me I have to talk to MTN and won't explain why my parcel keeps being returned. I absolutely do not recommend it. It is terrible.
