Terrible Service. The worst

I received the worst service ever. Been waiting for my package to be delivered but to this day nothing. First time the driver said he came but found no one yet I was waiting for him the whole day. If he couldn't find me hypothetically, who don't you call?

Second time it's today. Again nothing. No missed call or him been outside. Nothing but yet the system records delivery was unsuccessful. How come because I've been waiting for him the whole day? Called in the morning to ensure he was coming. Called again at 13H30. Driver nowhere to be found. Called again around 4p. Driver still nowhere to be found.

What kind of company is this? So unprofessional and a terrible service
