Terrible service from this slow and *********** company!
By far the worst delivery company in this country!!! I've been waiting for my nedbank bank card for the past 9 days. I called them today and the agent said it will be delivered to my selected locker today. Now it's 5pm and nothing was delivered!
I will never even use this Logistics privately. You guys are terrible. No words to describe your pathetic service!

06 Nov 2023, 09:10I had multiple calls from agents promising my card will be delivered on Friday to the locker and by 4.30pm they will follow up if it isn't, never did as promised. Then they called me on Saturday saying the driver wants to meet where ever I am and give the card and that he will contact me. Still hasn't up until now.
Not delivered to the locker or me as yet.
I have all my conversations with them on a recorded line myself and they still don't care. Terrible courier company!
