Terrible service DSV
Hi cannot understand why MTN uses this usless courier company as they expect you to wait for them to deliver and they stipulate the time and in my case they expect me to wait at home from 9am to 11am during the week so that they can deliver and no other time. they also will not deliver to my wife so I must take a day off to receive this. they will not make any alternate arrangements and they also told me that I must cancel my order with MTN. it seems that MTN needs to look at companies who can accomidate their customers or else many loyal customers will join another service provider.

11 Sept 2019, 10:04Hi I received a call from a very accommodating gentleman and funny enough he could assist me why is this are the agents not capable enough to escalate issues they cannot resolve and just tell the customer they cannot assist this should be investigated.

Hi it seems that the delivery issue has cropped up again and I stand by my comments MTN have chosen a terrible service provider as I signed another contract with MTN and I am having the very same problems really thinking of cancelling my contract with MTN.
