Terrible service
What a terrible experience. It’s been a week since my Mother’s Day gift was supposed to have arrived at my grans. Getting hold of the EL branch is a nightmare, and even when you get hold of them they ask to call you back and that never happens. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone
