Terrible Service

Terrible service by this company and its not the 1st time. I bought a cellphone online and it was meant to be a birthday present for today. I told the consultant when she called and i was told that the order will be delivered today between 08:00 - 10:00 in the morning. It is now almost 16:00pm but my order is not here. No one bothered to call and no information on their tracking app. I called eventually when the phone was picked, the lady is telling me that their drivers are busy and the order will be delivered to as promised. Such an inconvenience since this was collected from MTN on Wednesday already. So annoyed by their service and its not the 1st time getting this kind of a service from them!!! Sies..
